The First Tee of Ireland and its partners provide all the necessary equipment to enable children to participate. Any child who has equipment of his / her own is welcome to use it. 

Golf instruction in the LifeSkills Experience curriculum is delivered by PGA & Golf Professionals(Coaches). All coaches receive annual training called The First Tee CoachProgram. This prepares staff and volunteers of The First Tee to deliver TheFirst Tee Life Skills Experience, which includes the TARGET program, as well asthe Player, Par, Birdie, Eagle and Ace levels of certification

Instruction isnot weather dependent and the program can comfortably operate indoors usingspecialised SNAG golf equipment.
